Berkeley’s, the main developer for what they are calling Sayers Village, has organised a drop in session to show off their plans. As well as the impact of the development, this will add approximately 3,500 extra cars and vans (S.E. average 1.39 x 2,500 homes) to local roads.
The event is being held in Sayers Common Village Hall, from 3.00pm to 7.00pm on Friday, 30 January. If you decide to go, please tell them what you think of their scheme – and be very clear you object to it, because they will want to use the event as evidence to support their proposals. You can also see it on their website (https://futureofsayerscommon.co.uk/). Be careful if you comment using the online form! They will take choice of preference as support. Skip those and write in your objections at the end.
